• Starting at Primary school

  If you have a child born between 1st September 2013 and 31 August 2014, you need to apply now for their place at a primary school. 'Seeing is believing' come and have a look at our amazing early years setting for yourselves at one of our open days on Wednesday 1st November at 10 am, Tuesday 14th November at 2pm and Wednesday 22nd November at 10am.

  

• Year 2 Dinosaur Fun

  Year 2 ended their dinosaur topic today with a visit from Pete the T-Rex, his friends and trainers. The pupils answered lots of questions and impressed everyone with their dinosaur knowledge. 

   

  Some were a bit afraid of Pete but we all had great fun.

• Year 6 visit to the Royal Harbour Academy

  Our Year 6 children spent the morning at the Royal Harbour Academy, in Ramsgate, experiencing life in a secondary school. They completed a science and DT task and had a go at archery.

   

  They had a fun time and thanks to the staff at the Royal Harbour Academy for looking after us.

  

• Football success for Drapers Mills

  Football success for Drapers Mills today at the Super Saturday festival at Upton. The children did the school proud and gave 100% at all times. They fully deserve their success. 

   

  A huge well done to all involved and to Miss Wheeler and Mr Smith for taking the children on a Saturday morning.

  

• Exeter class visit to Clayspace Studios in Cliftonville

  Exeter class, year 6, visited Clayspace Studios in Cliftonville, to further enrich their art and literacy learning. We look forward to adding their clay dragons to our 'Cabinet of Curiosities' once they've been fired and painted!
