Attendance Ted visited assembly today to remind children about the Christmas performances that are due to take place next week. He also presented the weekly attendance trophies - the results were:
1. Parrots 98.3%
2. Robins 97.9%
3. Jaguars 96.1 %
If the whole school achieves an average of 96% attendance for the year Mr Askew has agreed to dress up as Donald Duck and Mrs Burniston has said that she will dress up as Iron Man!
A huge well done to all of the children in 'England' house who were this week's winners with 481 points! The final results for the week were:
1. England 481
2. Wales 418
3. Scotland 391
4. N.Ireland 340

Urgent notice/reminder - INSET Day 04/01/2016
A polite reminder to all parents/carers that the school is closed on Monday 4th January 2016 for a staff development/training day. Children should not attend school on this day; we will welcome all of the children back on Tuesday 5th January 2016. Thank you.
The children in Eagles class earned themselves some extra 'play time' on Friday for having this week's best attendance.
The results were:
1. Eagles 97.9%
2. Kestrels 97.2%
3. Parrots 95.8%
