Morning Gate Opening - changes to timings.
Fri 14 May 2021Dear Parents / Carers
All gates to the school will now be closed at 8.50 each morning. Any child arriving later than this time will need to enter the school via the office.This decision has been made because the number of children arriving after 8.50 is minimal and will not affect the measures we have in place to avoid congestion / crowding.The risk assessment has been changed as follows.Stagger arrival times and break times (including lunch), so that all children are not moving around the school at the same time
At DMPA: The window for dropping children off at school in the morning has been extended from 8.30 to 8.50. With multiple entrances to the school this will reduce congestion with everyone arriving at the same time. -

Barton Manor School Consultation
Mon 03 May 2021Barton Court Academy Trust is opening a brand new secondary, non-selective, co-educational 11-18 years school called Barton Manor School (BMS) in September 2022 to 150 Year 7 students.
As part of its formal responsibilities, the Barton Court Academy Trust is required to consult with parents and carers, as well as the local community and other key stakeholders. This consultation process is being undertaken from 4 May 2021 at 9am and will end on 22 June 2021 at 9am.
We would love to know what you think about our proposals and we are consulting with all potential parents and carers as well as the wider community. Your view is important to us and we welcome your response. Please help us by completing the feedback form/questionnaire.
