The artworks are the result of an exciting 18 month school and gallery project called Art Inspiring Change where primary school aged children have been encouraged to find their voices, take the lead and show us how they think Margate should be regenerated.
Don’t miss this extraordinary community experience, show your support for the Young Art Leaders from Margate and be inspired.

Well done to our year 5 and 6 children who represented the school today at the second TKAT Games, held at the Allianz Park, London, home to the Saracens Rugby Union team.
In extremely hot conditions, our team competed really well and enjoyed the day. Thank you to all at TKAT who helped to organise such a wonderful event - we're already looking forward to next year.
This week Edinburgh class went on a local walk. They were to identify physical features of our local area focusing on; local industry, transportation, types of homes and leisure facilities.
Lots of fun was had by all.
Congratulations to everyone in Scotland for winning our House Point Trophy this week.

Children in year 5 visited Chatham and Clarendon Grammar School today to give them a real insight into secondary school life.
They took part in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math) taster sessions which allowed the children to develop a range of skills whilst improving their own understanding of the subjects. Pupils had the opportunity to make a fortune in Science during the ‘panning for gold’ activity, bake a scrumptious apple and cinnamon rock cake in the high-tech ‘Master-Chef’ style Food Technology room, develop their artistic skills whilst screen printing their own t-shirt and fabricate their very own pewter key fob with the Product Design team.
You can see how much fun they had by looking at the photo gallery HERE:
