Congratulations to Heidi in year 2 who is the first winner of one of our Red Teds. Remember, Red Ted stands for Read Every Day, Talk Every Day. Each child receives a sticker on their book mark when they read at home in the evening and Heidi is the first child to collect 50 stickers. She can now read to her new Red Ted and earn additional stickers and win some new books.

Events like this are vital in funding Cancer Research UK's life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring us, we can unite and create an army that cancer can't ignore.

You can sponsor your child either by using the Just Give page

Or by completing the sponsor form which has been sent home with your child and returning it to the school.

In addition to running for a great cause, and receiving a lovely medal, the children will be completing exciting maths investigations linked to their run for charity.
