Year 3 - NatWest MoneySense

Year 3 had a fantastic opportunity this week when the children in Macaws class were visited by staff from the local branch of NatWest.  The children were asked to think about money as an expendable commodity and the Macaws were brilliant at identifying the difference between wants and needs (although there were some disagreements over the necessity of computer games!) The children also explored the costs of keeping a pet and the Macaws were very considerate when thinking about the needs of pets that they may buy.
