The rain thankfully stayed away and Key Stage 2 were able to take part in their Sports Day this afternoon. Organised brilliantly by our own Mr Stacey and the wonderful sports coaches from Premier Sports, the children took part in many running, jumping and throwing events - their own little Rio Olympics (without the Copacabana!)
Special thanks must go to the amazing Sports Ambassadors from Chatham & Clarendon Granmar School, who helped run many of the events.
Eventually winners, England, edged out Scotland by only 8 points in a hotly contested afternoon of competition.
So many parents came to watch their children, which is always lovely to see.
Much fun was had by all.
