Come along to a Train to Teach event

TKAT SCITT will be attending a Train to Teach event at the QEII Centre, Westminster on Saturday 6 February 2016. 

This event is a great opportunity if you are thinking about a career in teaching.

TKAT and many other local providers, will be on hand to answer all of your questions about teaching and teacher training programmes.    

Drop into the Train to Teach event where you can:

• Attend a presentation on the different teacher training options and funding available.
• Speak to experts about tax-free training bursaries and scholarships
• Speak to teaching experts to receive one-to-one advice on your training options.
• Receive personalised advice on your UCAS application - don't forget to bring a copy of your personal statement and CV with you.
• Talk to practising teachers, including those who have changed career into teaching, to find out about life in a classroom.
• Meet representatives from schools and universities that deliver teacher training in your region to find out about their courses and entry requirements.

The presentation will be repeated throughout the event and our experts will be on hand to offer advice. Do allow at least two hours to make the most of your visit and to fully access the wealth of information available.
